Richa Verma has been appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Assetz, bringing nearly two decades of deep expertise in HR leadership through a proven track record of leading global HR transformations and building people-centric organizations.

In her new role, Richa will lead the company’s overall human resource function, including people strategy, talent management, organizational development, culture transformation and other leadership initiatives, supporting Assetz’s continued growth and business expansion.
Prior to joining Assetz, Richa spent over four years at Flipkart, most recently serving as Head of People Experience – Senior Director, where she led enterprise-wide people experience, HR operations, employee lifecycle management, payroll, ethics and compliance, HR transformation, HR technology, and HR business partnering. Her leadership played a key role in enhancing employee experience, driving process excellence, and enabling digital transformation across HR functions.
Earlier, she held senior HR leadership positions at Honeywell, Deutsche Bank, ANZ, JPMorgan Chase, and Hewitt Associates
