Sumedh D. Pande has joined Listenlights Pvt. Ltd. as Chief Operating Officer, marking a significant leadership addition to the company’s executive team. Based in Mumbai, Pande brings over a decade of experience in project management, digital infrastructure, and data center development, having led large-scale initiatives across some of the industry’s most prominent organizations. His appointment is expected to strengthen Listenlights’ position in the rapidly expanding data center and mission-critical infrastructure sector.
Prior to joining Listenlights Pvt. Ltd., Pande served as Sector Head – Data Center – India and Senior Associate Director at Turner & Townsend, where he played a key role in driving the company’s data center business across India. During his tenure, he contributed to strategic growth initiatives and represented the organization at major industry forums focused on digital infrastructure, cloud computing, AI-driven infrastructure, and the future of data centers. His leadership helped reinforce Turner & Townsend’s presence in one of the fastest-growing segments of the infrastructure industry.
Before Turner & Townsend, Pande spent more than three years with CBRE, where he held leadership positions including Sector Head – Data Center – Pan India and Senior Associate Director. At CBRE, he was responsible for overseeing data center projects nationwide, driving business growth, project execution, strategic planning, and stakeholder management. His contributions supported the delivery of critical infrastructure projects for clients operating in the digital economy and technology sectors.
Earlier in his career, Pande served as Director Projects at JLL, managing complex real estate and infrastructure developments across India. He also held key planning and project management roles at SYNERGY Property Development Services Pvt. Ltd., where he gained extensive experience in infrastructure project delivery, planning, and execution. Over the years, he has built expertise in strategic leadership, P&L management, project planning, business strategy, and data center development.
With extensive experience across Listenlights Pvt. Ltd., Turner & Townsend, CBRE, JLL, and SYNERGY Property Development Services Pvt. Ltd., Pande’s appointment comes at a time when India’s data center industry is witnessing unprecedented growth driven by cloud adoption, artificial intelligence, and digital transformation initiatives. His deep understanding of digital infrastructure and operational leadership is expected to support Listenlights’ continued expansion and strengthen its capabilities in delivering next-generation data center solutions.
