Kshitij Agarwala has been promoted to Associate Vice President at Xceedance, marking a significant milestone in his leadership journey within catastrophe risk and insurance analytics.
In this role, he will own and govern catastrophe modelling, exposure management, and portfolio analytics across multiple global property and casualty insurance and reinsurance clients.
He will serve as a trusted partner to insurers, reinsurers, and brokers, delivering reliable insights and responsive engagement to support risk selection, portfolio optimization, and informed decision-making.
He will oversee global catastrophe modelling teams while ensuring consistent quality, operational resilience during peak cycles, and SLA-driven execution across geographies. He will also drive commercial outcomes by enabling revenue growth, margin protection, and cost efficiency through efficient operating models and value-led client engagements.
A key focus will be advancing process excellence through AI-led digitization and future-ready operating models. He will strengthen catastrophe modelling and exposure management processes by embedding intelligent workflows, automation, advanced analytics, and modelling accelerators to improve turnaround times and operational efficiency.
