Shubham Kathuria has been appointed as Associate Partner at TRANSEARCH, marking a significant step forward in his leadership journey within the executive search and talent advisory space.
In his new role, Shubham will be responsible for driving senior-level mandates and strengthening TRANSEARCH’s capabilities in the Financial Services sector. He will leverage the firm’s proprietary Orxestra® framework to assess leadership across multiple dimensions, enabling organizations to make high-impact hiring decisions aligned with long-term business goals.
Shubham brings close to a decade of experience across executive search, financial services, and client advisory. Prior to joining TRANSEARCH, he spent close to seven with Michael Page, where he most recently served as Associate Director and Practice Head for Financial Services, Product Technology, and Public Policy. During his tenure, he built and led multi-sector practices, advised leading organizations on leadership hiring, and played a key role in expanding the firm’s presence in high-growth domains.
Earlier in his career, he worked with Kotak Mahindra Bank in Client Investment Advisory, where he developed strong expertise in financial services and client engagement.
His appointment reflects TRANSEARCH’s continued focus on strengthening its leadership bench with professionals who bring a blend of industry expertise, advisory depth, and a strong track record in building high-impact talent solutions.
