Manvi Misra has joined Gabriel India Limited as Plant Head, bringing with her over 19 years of cross-industry leadership experience across manufacturing, defence, and financial services. A results-driven business leader, Manvi is known for her strong expertise in strategic operations, business transformation, and P&L management, with a proven ability to scale operations and deliver sustained, profitable growth in complex and dynamic environments.
In her new role at Gabriel India Limited, Manvi holds full P&L responsibility for the plant and is entrusted with driving cost optimisation, operational excellence, and long-term strategic growth initiatives. Under her leadership, the plant has already witnessed improvements in productivity, cost efficiencies, and competitive strength, reinforcing Gabriel India Limited’s position as a key player in India’s automotive components ecosystem.
Prior to joining Gabriel India Limited, Manvi served as a senior leader at Tata Cummins Green Energy Solutions, where she led a landmark greenfield project—the execution of Asia’s first Hydrogen Internal Combustion Engine manufacturing facility. Delivered in a record eight-month timeframe, the project involved JV structuring, capital investment planning, government liaison, statutory compliance, and end-to-end plant commissioning, culminating in the successful on-time delivery of the first production batch to the customer.
Her earlier stints at Cummins India Limited (Powergen) and Credit Suisse further strengthened her capabilities in enterprise strategy, program management, cost optimisation, and business process transformation, enabling her to seamlessly bridge technical depth with commercial insight. Additionally, as a veteran of the Indian Air Force, Manvi brings a strong foundation of discipline, systems thinking, and mission-oriented execution, having led critical defence infrastructure projects involving radar and communication systems across strategic Air Force locations.
Academically, Manvi holds a B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering, a Postgraduate degree in Aeronautical Engineering, and an Executive Program in Business Management from IIM Indore. A Six Sigma Black Belt and NLP-certified professional, she is deeply committed to continuous improvement and people-centric leadership.
