Aakriti Agrawal has been appointed Vice President – Strategy & Operations at Glance, bringing her sharp strategic acumen and leadership expertise to one of India’s most dynamic tech platforms. She stepped into this role in May 2025, continuing her journey of driving high-impact transformation across leading consumer and digital businesses.
Prior to joining Glance, Aakriti served as Chief of Staff in the CEO’s office at Myntra, where she played a crucial role in steering company-wide initiatives and enabling executive decision-making. Her six-and-a-half-year tenure at Flipkart saw her rise through multiple leadership roles, from Sell Head for Large Appliances to Director of Strategic Operations, helping shape category growth and operational excellence.
An alumna of IIM Ahmedabad, Aakriti also held key roles at HelloFresh in New York and began her career with Strategy& (formerly Booz & Company). With her deep cross-functional experience spanning strategy, procurement, operations, and category management, her appointment at Glance marks a strategic move to further accelerate innovation and scale.
