Anshul Saxena has been appointed Vice President – Corporate Strategy at Force Motors Ltd, marking a new chapter in his illustrious leadership journey. With over two decades of experience across strategy, business development, M&A, and operations, Anshul brings a sharp vision for growth and innovation to the automotive manufacturing space.
Before joining Force Motors in June 2025, Anshul served as President & CEO at BAXY Limited, where he led the transformation of the Enviro Division. Under his leadership, the company made notable advances in electric mobility and special-purpose vehicle segments like waste management and disaster services. He previously held leadership roles at Spark Minda and Krishna Maruti Group, where he drove strategic expansion and played a pivotal role in forming joint ventures and boosting exports.
A graduate of IIM Ahmedabad, Anshul has also built a solid foundation in consulting through roles at Roland Berger and Tata Strategic Management Group. His appointment at Force Motors signals a strategic shift toward innovation and sustainable mobility, leveraging Anshul’s rich experience in scaling new-age automotive businesses.
