Aditi Saraswat has joined Tata Projects as the Head – Human Resources (Corporate) & Talent Acquisition, bringing with her over 15 years of deep expertise in recruitment strategy, people operations, capability building, and HR leadership across the infrastructure, renewable energy, EPC, and industrial sectors. Her appointment marks a significant addition to Tata Projects’ leadership team as the organization accelerates its growth, strengthens talent pipelines, and sharpens its people-first focus.
Aditi transitions into her new role after an impactful tenure at KEC International Ltd., where she served as DGM – Human Resources for the Renewables and Oil & Gas businesses and earlier led the Centre of Excellence for Talent Acquisition. At KEC, she was instrumental in driving hiring excellence, developing workforce capability frameworks, and building strategic talent programs aligned with the company’s evolving business priorities.
Prior to KEC, Aditi made notable contributions during her leadership stint at Sterlite Power, where she served as Chief Manager – Talent Acquisition. She led end-to-end hiring for Serentica Renewables and anchored multiple enterprise-wide programs including University Relations, Social Recruiting, Hiring Manager Training, Recruiter Development, Employer Branding, and Talent Analytics. Her work played a key role in supporting the company’s mission of driving industrial decarbonization and scaling clean-energy talent ecosystems.
Aditi’s earlier career includes impactful roles at Hill International, where she managed talent acquisition across India and the Greater Middle East region, and McDermott International, where she spent over eight years in HR and TA leadership. Her foundational experience in global talent markets, HR strategy, headhunting, HRIS management, and competency development has prepared her to lead complex hiring mandates and large-scale people transformation initiatives. She began her journey with Global Energy Talent, supporting energy clients across India and the Middle East in building senior leadership teams.
With a proven track record of building high-performing teams, streamlining hiring systems, and partnering with business leaders across geographies, Aditi Saraswat is well-positioned to lead the HR and Talent Acquisition agendas at Tata Projects.
