T.C. Sivaraman has joined RTWO Global Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. as Vice President – Global Services, bringing with him close to three decades of leadership across the healthcare, MedTech, pharmaceutical, and digital innovation sectors. Known for his ability to drive transformation across large organizations, Sivaraman will lead Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Cycle Management at RTWO, contributing to the company’s next phase of global expansion.
Throughout his distinguished career, Sivaraman has held key leadership roles at Cipla, MSD, Novartis, B. Braun, and Cloudphysician, where he played a pivotal role in building digital health solutions, scaling business operations, and enabling technology-led clinical impact. His leadership philosophy—rooted in purpose, performance, and people—emphasizes aligning technology innovation with measurable outcomes for patients, clinicians, and healthcare systems.
In his new role at RTWO Global Healthcare, Sivaraman will strengthen the organization’s global services charter and drive its vision of building AI-First Super Smart Hospitals. A core part of his mandate includes accelerating the company’s “Hospital-on-Mobile” ecosystem, which connects ICUs, OTs, NICUs, and ambulances through real-time, data-driven orchestration to support rapid clinical decision-making.
Sivaraman’s perspective on healthcare transformation aligns seamlessly with RTWO’s purpose-driven mission. He believes the next leap in healthcare lies in interoperability, predictive intelligence, and remote-care ecosystems that augment clinical judgment rather than replace it. This belief echoes RTWO’s philosophy that technology must empower clinicians, streamline operations, and extend the reach of critical care beyond traditional hospital boundaries.
His personal mission resonates deeply with RTWO’s guiding purpose—Live Vitals. Quick Decisions. Zero Delays. With this shared vision, Sivaraman is poised to play a central role in scaling RTWO’s impact globally and building a future where smart healthcare systems enable faster, more precise, and truly accessible critical care.
