With nearly 25 years of extensive experience in the BPO industry, Akshat brings deep expertise in Operations, Service Delivery, and Large-Scale Program Management. His career spans managing complex, high-volume operations and driving transformation initiatives that enhance efficiency, quality, and customer experience across diverse geographies.
Prior to joining ICCS DigX, Akshat served as Vice President – Operations at Accenture, where he led large, multi-geo teams and oversaw complex operational programs. During his tenure at Accenture, he played a key role in delivering measurable improvements in operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and service scalability while managing high-impact enterprise engagements.
Known for building high-performing teams and executing seamless large-scale transitions, Akshat has consistently leveraged process excellence, automation, and analytics to deliver sustainable business outcomes.
