In her new role, she will lead brand positioning, integrated marketing strategies, and global outreach to strengthen MSM Unify’s market presence in the education sector.
With over 15 years of experience, Alisha has successfully led large-scale marketing initiatives at leading organizations including Informa Markets, Epoch Elder Care, SATYA MicroCapital, Möbel Grace, Pio Pax, Exhibition Showcase, and Azure Press. Most recently, at Informa Markets, she headed marketing for the Safety and Security portfolio, where she achieved a remarkable 533% boost in NPS scores, executed global-scale experiential campaigns, and integrated AI-driven tools into digital strategies to maximize ROI and customer engagement.
Earlier in her career, as Head of Brand & Marketing at Epoch Elder Care, she spearheaded brand repositioning and customer engagement programs that strengthened recall and improved lead generation. At SATYA MicroCapital, she scaled marketing investments into exponential customer growth, achieving significant increases in visibility, brand recall, and customer base expansion.
