With over 18 years of global experience in the medical devices industry, Amit has built an impressive career leading business development, marketing, and P&L operations across multiple continents. His professional journey spans India, the United States, Europe, Asia-
Pacific, Africa, and Latin America, giving him deep expertise in navigating complex healthcare systems, regulatory environments, and international business landscapes. His exposure to more than 100 countries has further strengthened his global leadership perspective.
Before this elevation, Amit served as General Manager – The UK, Africa & Latin America at Advanced Medtech Solutions, where he delivered exceptional business growth, expanded the company’s presence into 65 new markets, and earned prestigious recognitions including the Sales Leader Award – International Business and Breakthrough Performance of the Year Award. Earlier, he spent over a decade at Meril, holding several leadership positions across international business, product marketing, and commercial operations, consistently driving market expansion and building high-performing global teams.
Beyond his corporate achievements, Amit has contributed as an Advisory Council Member at Harvard Business Review and served as an Ambassador for the University of Otago.
