Kaushik Das has been appointed as AVP – Business Development & Strategy for the US, EMEA, and APJ regions at Celebal Technologies, bringing over 19 years of leadership experience spanning automotive engineering, enterprise technology, software-defined vehicles, artificial intelligence, and digital transformation. In his new role, he will drive strategic business growth, strengthen global customer partnerships, and help enterprises accelerate AI, cloud, and data transformation initiatives across key international markets.
Prior to joining Celebal Technologies, Kaushik spent nearly a decade with Yazaki India Private Limited, where he served as Head of Advanced Engineering and Head of India Technical Center, leading large-scale software development, advanced engineering, and product innovation for global automotive programs. Earlier, he held leadership roles at Yazaki North & Central America, Minda Stoneridge Instruments Ltd., Stoneridge Inc., and Print Electronics Equipment Pvt. Ltd., building deep expertise in software-defined vehicles, embedded systems, engineering transformation, functional safety, and global technology delivery.
Throughout his career, Kaushik has successfully led high-performing engineering teams, built scalable technology platforms, and partnered with global enterprises to solve complex business challenges through innovation and disciplined execution. At Celebal Technologies, he will work closely with global business leaders to support the development of next-generation, AI-first, future-ready Global Capability Centers (GCCs), enabling organizations to accelerate business growth, execute go-to-market strategies, and build scalable, data-driven, intelligent operations that deliver measurable business value.
