A seasoned HR consulting and organizational transformation leader with more than 22 years of experience, Ashissh has built an impressive track record of helping organizations align leadership, culture, and business goals to enable long-term growth and transformation. At SHRM India, he has progressed through multiple leadership roles including Senior Director – Consulting | Business Head PSE, Director – Knowledge & Advisory | Business Head – PSE Business, Associate Director – Knowledge & Advisory | Business Head – PSE Business, and Associate Director – Knowledge & Advisory. During this journey, he successfully expanded the Public Sector & Enterprise business into a significant contributor while delivering numerous leadership development, talent management, organizational development, and change management interventions.
Prior to SHRM India, Ashissh served as Director – Key Accounts at Jombay, where he led senior-level client engagement and leadership assessment initiatives. Earlier, he spent nearly seven years with DDI | Development Dimensions International as Senior Consultant, driving leadership development, succession planning, talent reviews, and organizational effectiveness programs. He also held consulting and leadership positions at Gallup, Mercer, Aon Hewitt Asia, and Concentrix, building deep expertise across employee engagement, compensation strategy, leadership consulting, organizational capability development, business growth, and enterprise transformation.
