Balaji Kanigicherla has been appointed as Chairman of the Board at Chipsolve Technologies, reinforcing the company’s expansion in semiconductor design services, semiconductor IP, and AI-enabled engineering workflows for next-generation ASIC and SoC development. With more than three decades of semiconductor leadership experience, he brings deep expertise across architecture, product development, engineering, business management, and leadership of large-scale technology organizations.
Prior to joining Chipsolve Technologies, Balaji served as CTO & Head of Engineering at Renesas Electronics. Earlier, he was Corporate Vice President & General Manager at Intel Corporation and Founder & CEO of INEDA Systems. He has led businesses with approximately $1 billion in P&L responsibility and built expertise across data center, graphics, CPU, memory, networking, embedded systems, IoT, smartphones, automotive, and PC platforms. He also holds 17 U.S. patents spanning semiconductor IP, SoC, and system architectures.

His appointment marks an important milestone as the company accelerates innovation and strengthens its position in the global semiconductor ecosystem.
