In his current journey with EXL, he previously served as Senior Assistant Vice President – Service Delivery & Support, where he led large-scale data management initiatives, leveraging advanced technologies and cloud infrastructure to support global financial services and healthcare clients. Prior to EXL, he was associated with Testing and Assessment Service LLP (Edu-Tech) as Head Business Partnership, where he drove account management, business partnerships, and growth initiatives. He also served as Vice President at Paarijat Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd, where he focused on business expansion, leadership team building, strategic partnerships, and new vertical development across markets.
Earlier in his career, Brij held leadership roles at Calibre Mindware Programming Pvt. Ltd. as Vice President – Sales & Business Development, and at Career Forum Ltd as Vice President – Sales & Operations, where he led pan-India business strategy,
franchise operations, revenue growth, and organizational scaling across multiple business verticals. His long tenure at Career Forum also included roles such as Manager Franchisee Operations and Quality Assurance Manager, where he contributed to process excellence, ISO certification, and nationwide operational management.
He began his professional journey as an Engineer Trainee at Neco Steels, gaining foundational experience in engineering and maintenance operations.
