MPC Cloud Consulting has appointed Papeeya Sarkhel as Assistant Vice President – HR, where she will head in scaling up the team and be responsible for extending the workforce from 700 to 1200 employees globally and strengthening its leadership team as the organization continues to scale its talent and people strategy. With over a decade of experience in talent acquisition and HR leadership, Papeeya brings deep expertise in building high-performing teams and driving strategic hiring outcomes across technology and go-to-market (GTM) functions.
Papeeya’s career is notably defined by her extensive and impactful tenure at Oracle, where she held multiple senior roles across regions and functions and where she is responsible for building up oracle practice responsible for building up oracle practice. Most recently, she served as Principal Talent Advisor – Engineering & GTM (India & SAGE), where she led strategic hiring initiatives across critical business units. Prior to this, she worked as Senior Talent Advisor – APAC and India, as well as Talent Advisor – APAC, consistently driving large-scale recruitment strategies for sales, presales, and technology consulting roles. At Oracle, she partnered closely with business leaders to enable organizational growth, improve candidate experience, and build leadership pipelines aligned with evolving market demands.
Before her tenure at Oracle, Papeeya was associated with Walkway Communications Private Limited (indianXchange) as Practice Manager – Technology Manufacturing, Telecom & Emerging Business, where she managed complex hiring mandates and stakeholder relationships. She also worked with Manpower Inc. as Delivery Leader – Leadership Hiring, playing a key role in recruiting senior executives including CXOs and VPs across telecom, banking, IT, and manufacturing sectors.
Throughout her career, Papeeya has built a strong reputation for aligning talent strategy with business transformation, coaching teams, and delivering high-impact hiring solutions. In her new role at MPC Cloud Consulting, she will focus on strengthening HR strategy, enhancing leadership hiring frameworks, and building scalable talent ecosystems to support the company’s next phase of growth.
