His progression through leadership roles—including Assistant Vice President, General Manager (Solution Sales Capex), and Head of Procurement—reflects a strong track record of delivering business transformation, optimizing supply chains, and building customer-centric solutions.
Prior to this, Dhananjay served as Chief Sales and Operations at Adiflex Industries Pvt Ltd, where he was instrumental in strengthening operational efficiency and driving business growth. He also led the e-commerce business as General Manager at Dawer Propack Private Limited, gaining valuable experience in digital commerce and scalable business models within the packaging ecosystem.
Earlier in his career, Dhananjay spent over two decades with the Indian Army as a Logistics Operations Specialist, where he developed deep expertise in operations, discipline, and large-scale logistics management—foundations that continue to influence his leadership approach in the corporate world.
