Chidambar Sirdeshpande has been appointed as Chief People Officer and Head of Business Administration at Sattva, taking a leadership role in driving the company’s human resources strategy and operational excellence. With extensive experience in strategic and operational HR across multiple industries including real estate, manufacturing, engineering, and IT, Chidambar brings a proven track record of building effective HR teams, implementing organizational policies, and enhancing employee engagement.
In his new role, Chidambar will focus on business partnering, team collaboration, resource management, and driving HR best practices, ensuring Sattva’s workforce is aligned with the company’s strategic goals. His leadership will be pivotal in strengthening organizational culture, improving employee experience, and supporting business growth through talent management and operational efficiencies.
Previously, Chidambar has held senior HR leadership positions at Brigade Group, where he served as Chief Human Resources Officer, and at L&W Construction Pvt Ltd and Ascendas India, among others. Over the years, he has led initiatives in change management, organizational restructuring, leadership development, DEI, ESG, employee wellness, and HR analytics, driving both strategic impact and operational excellence.
