Deepa Malhotra has been appointed as Director – Consumer & Human Resources at Native. With a professional journey spanning over two decades, Deepa brings with her deep expertise in leadership hiring, talent acquisition, and executive search across industries.
Deepa has been associated with Native and has held progressive leadership roles, including Associate Director and Principal, Consumer & Human Resources. Her consistent focus on building strong client relationships, combined with her strategic understanding of the talent ecosystem, has played a key role in driving Native’s executive hiring practice forward.
Prior to Native, Deepa served as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at MindsEye Consultants and held entrepreneurial roles as Co-Director at Awaas Pvt Ltd and Director at Baker Tales, where she worked on niche service and content-led platforms. Her corporate experience also includes HR leadership roles at Benetton Group and Taj Hotels, where she managed end-to-end HR functions, from recruitment and employee engagement to training and development.
Deepa holds a management degree from Welingkar Institute of Management and has consistently demonstrated a strong ability to align talent strategies with evolving business needs. In her new role, she will lead Native’s consumer and HR verticals, continuing to deliver on the firm’s mission of connecting people and organizations through the power of informed intuition.
