With a strong career in the banking industry, Dinesh brings over 15 years of expertise in building resilient risk frameworks and driving governance excellence across leading financial institutions.
Prior to his appointment at RBL Bank, Dinesh spent nearly nine years at IndusInd Bank as Head of Operational Risk, where he was responsible for establishing robust risk management practices and strengthening business continuity processes. His leadership contributed significantly to embedding a culture of operational resilience across the bank’s business units and ensuring alignment with regulatory standards.
Earlier in his career, Dinesh worked at ICICI Bank for over six years as Operational Risk Manager in the Wholesale and International Banking Group. In this role, he managed key areas including cyber security risk, ISO 31000 compliance, and operational resilience initiatives. His work during this time laid the foundation for his long-standing career in risk management leadership.
Dinesh is a qualified finance professional, holding a Certificate in International Trade and Finance (CITF) from The London Institute of Banking & Finance. He is also a Certified Business Continuity Management Lead Implementer, credentials that underscore his ability to align international best practices with organizational needs.
