With over 38 years of multifaceted experience across FMCG and human capital management, Dr. Sindhu brings strategic depth and people-centric leadership to his new role.
Before joining Eternity Quests, Dr. Sindhu served as President – Consumer Product Division at Wilmar International and held key HR leadership roles at Adani Wilmar and Godrej Agrovet. His long and impactful career at Godrej Agrovet, where he started as a Management Trainee in 1986 and eventually became Vice President – HR, is a testament to his commitment to organizational excellence and talent development.
