Mitali Padwal has been appointed as Director – Delivery at Aujas Cybersecurity Ltd, bringing her strategic vision and deep cybersecurity expertise to strengthen the firm’s delivery capabilities. In this new role, she will oversee key client engagements and ensure operational excellence across information security and risk management domains, while also leading initiatives in delivery strategy and client success.
Prior to joining Aujas, Mitali led India and APAC Delivery at Network Intelligence, where she successfully directed a 150+ member team managing Offensive Security and GRC projects. Her leadership not only expanded service capabilities—such as ransomware readiness and cloud security—but also delivered critical outcomes for marquee clients in BFSI, automobile, and petrochemical sectors. She also played a key role in aligning processes with global standards like ISO 27001 and PCI DSS.
With nearly 15 years of hands-on cybersecurity experience, Mitali has held progressive roles in companies like Paladion Networks and Tech Mahindra, demonstrating consistent excellence in vulnerability assessments, web application security testing, and delivery leadership. Her ability to combine technical depth with people leadership has made her a trusted mentor and respected industry professional.
