Before joining Accumax, Kairav served as Senior Manager – Business HR at Kusum Group of Companies. His prior roles include Manager – HR & Admin at Biotech Healthcare, Human Resources Business Partner at Somika Group SARL, Assistant Manager – HR & Admin at Actylis Lab Solutions, Senior Executive – Corporate HR at Intas Pharmaceuticals, and Senior Officer – HRD at Borosil Limited.
