Suyash Singh has joined Ferns N Petals as Assistant General Manager – Talent Acquisition, where he will head the Talent Acquisition function for the organization. In this pivotal role, Suyash will lead the hiring strategy, attract top talent, and build high-performing teams to drive Ferns N Petals’ growth and long-term vision.
Suyash brings with him significant experience across human resources, talent acquisition, and organizational development, with a focus on building agile recruitment frameworks and scalable hiring practices. His expertise in designing people-centric strategies and aligning them with business goals positions him as a strong asset to the Ferns N Petals leadership team.
Prior to this, Suyash held impactful roles across a diverse range of organizations. He served as Manager, Human Resource at Zenon, Assistant General Manager, Human Resource at realme India, and Resource Manager at both Mastech Digital and FCS Software Solutions Ltd. In each of these roles, he demonstrated his ability to implement data-driven hiring practices, optimize talent pipelines, and foster strong talent networks across sectors.
An alumnus of the prestigious Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, Suyash completed the Advanced Programme in Human Resource Management, equipping him with a robust foundation in HR leadership, personnel administration, and strategic talent management. His appointment marks an exciting step forward for Ferns N Petals as it continues to scale its operations with a focus on talent excellence and organizational culture.
