Kiirti Shharma has been appointed as National Business Head at Pensionbazaar, subsidiary of Paisabazaar Marketing and Consulting Private Limited, where she will lead the company’s national sales strategy and growth initiatives focused on retirement planning and pension awareness. Based in Gurugram, she takes on the role at a time when the retirement and long-term financial security ecosystem in India is witnessing rapid evolution and increased awareness.

With over a decade of experience across retirement business, pension management, financial services, customer engagement, and strategic sales leadership, Kiirti Shharma brings deep expertise in the retirement and insurance ecosystem. In her new role at Pensionbazaar, she will focus on strengthening market penetration, expanding retirement- focused financial solutions, and driving customer-centric growth initiatives aligned with India’s evolving retirement landscape.
Prior to joining Pensionbazaar, she served as Zonal Head for at Axis Bank, where she delivered stellar performance in business across Delhi, Haryana, Punjab, and Madhya Pradesh. Earlier, at Max Life Pension Fund Management Ltd., she worked in new business initiatives & project Management aimed at strengthening retirement planning solutions and expanding pension participation.
Her earlier leadership journey also includes key roles at CIEL – Center for InvestmentEducation and Learning, ICICI Securities, and HDFC Life. During her tenure at HDFC Life, she was awarded “Employee of the Year” as she played an instrumental role across annuity business growth, NPS collaborations, direct sales, customer engagement, product management, and retirement-focused strategic initiatives.
Additionally, she is a qualified soft skills trainer accredited by National Accreditation Board for Education & Training (NABET), and Quality Council of India (QCI). Also an Image Consultant under the curriculum of Conselle Institute of Image Management, USA.
