Kosal Malladi has been appointed as Head of Digital at Mindshare Fulcrum, a part of WPP Media, marking a strategic move to strengthen its digital leadership and drive innovative campaigns across diverse client portfolios. A seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience, Kosal brings a dynamic blend of digital marketing expertise, strategic thinking, and entrepreneurial flair to his new role.
Kosal began his professional journey in the IT industry with Tata Consultancy Services, handling programming and client-facing functions for the State Bank of India. His passion for digital led him to transition into the media landscape, where he has since worked with top-tier organizations such as Star India, PHD India, and Madison World. At Madison, he rose through the ranks to become Vice President at Madison Loop, where he played a key role in shaping the agency’s digital and social media capabilities.
Throughout his career, Kosal has demonstrated the ability to work across agency and client sides, delivering impactful digital strategies for brands in sectors including auto, BFSI, FMCG, entertainment, and social causes. His leadership is backed by a rich blend of corporate experience and creative innovation, which earned him a spot in the Social Samosa 40 Under 40.
Kosal’s appointment at Mindshare Fulcrum also reflects his broader vision. An alumnus of MICA, he has founded e-Daan, a not-for-profit initiative aimed at connecting donors with NGOs across India. With additional entrepreneurial ventures in food tech and e-commerce, Kosal brings a unique perspective that will help Mindshare Fulcrum scale new heights in digital excellence.
