Monalisa Beck has been appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at House of Diagnostics Healthcare Pvt. Ltd., marking a significant milestone in her accomplished HR leadership journey. In her new role, she will lead the organization’s people strategy, talent transformation, leadership development, and workforce engagement initiatives, supporting the company’s continued growth and expansion within the healthcare diagnostics sector.
Monalisa brings over 18 years of extensive experience in human resources, organizational development, talent management, and capability building across the healthcare and telecommunications industries. Known for her strategic HR leadership and people-centric approach, she has consistently driven large-scale transformation initiatives, workforce expansion, and performance management programs throughout her career.
Prior to joining House of Diagnostics Healthcare Pvt. Ltd., she spent over 11 years with Dr Lal PathLabs, where she progressed through multiple leadership roles including General Manager, Deputy General Manager – Human Resource, AGM Human Resource, and Sr. Manager – HR. During her tenure, she played a key role in developing innovative recognition programs for specialized doctors, launching postgraduate fellowship initiatives, redesigning performance management systems, and leading capability-building programs across functions. She also contributed significantly to large-scale workforce expansion and merger & acquisition integration initiatives across regions.
Earlier in her career, Monalisa held HR leadership positions at Tata Tele Business Services, where she managed learning & development initiatives, talent management, and organizational HR operations across multiple geographies including West Bengal, North East, Assam, and UP East. Her experience across diverse industries has helped her build strong expertise in employee engagement, business partnering, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness. With her strong blend of strategic HR expertise, operational leadership, and transformation-driven mindset, Monalisa is well-positioned to strengthen the people and culture framework at House of Diagnostics Healthcare Pvt.
