Mukund Chaturvedi will be joining 3A Composites India Pvt Ltd as Managing Director – India effective 08th May’26, marking a significant leadership milestone in his distinguished career spanning over two decades across industrial, construction, engineering, and strategic business leadership roles. He brings deep expertise in P&L management, market expansion, GTM strategy, operational excellence, and business transformation, with a proven ability to build scalable business models and drive sustainable growth across India and Southeast Asia.
Prior to this appointment, Mukund was associated with Sudhir Power Ltd as Business Director – Milwaukee Tools, Operations Management, where he led India and South Asia expansion initiatives for premium cordless tools with full P&L responsibility. During his tenure, he played a key role in strengthening distributor networks, building service
infrastructure, improving operational efficiencies, and driving strategic growth initiatives aligned with long-term business objectives.
Earlier, he served as Regional Sales Director – Southeast Asia at EJOT Fastening Construction Division, leading business expansion across multiple Southeast Asian markets and driving distributor ecosystem development, pricing governance, and technical sales capability. He also held the role of Head of Sales at Hilti Singapore, where he successfully drove revenue growth, improved EBITDA performance, enhanced forecasting governance, and led the transformation from transactional selling to solution-led business models.
Mukund also spent over a decade with Hilti India, where he held several leadership positions including Director – Strategic Planning, Sales Director, Regional Manager, and Area Sales Manager. Across these roles, he contributed significantly to strategic roadmap development, sales productivity enhancement, customer retention, market penetration, and operational transformation. With a strong blend of strategic leadership, commercial acumen, and execution excellence, Mukund is well-positioned to lead 3A Composites India Pvt Ltd into its next phase of growth and market expansion.
