Grishma Shrishrimal has been appointed as Vice President – Multinational Client Practice at Howden Insurance Brokers, marking a significant step in her career across corporate insurance, multinational client management, and strategic relationship development. With strong expertise in general insurance and client servicing, she brings extensive experience in managing multinational accounts, driving business growth, and building long-term partnerships within the insurance ecosystem.
Prior to joining Howden Insurance Brokers, she served as Senior Area Manager – MNC Broking Team at Bajaj Allianz General Insurance and earlier worked with ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Limited as Senior Sales Manager.
Her professional journey also includes working with JLT Independent Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd, and Toyota Tsusho Insurance Broker India Pvt Ltd.
Across these organizations having an experience of 15 years in insurance industry, she built deep expertise in multinational client sales & servicing, giving insurance solutions, and excellent relationship management. In her new role at Howden Insurance Brokers, she is expected to further strengthen the company’s multinational client practice and expand strategic partnerships across key markets.
