Carelon Global Solutions India has appointed Neetubala Raina as the new Director – Talent Management. In her role, she will oversee Talent Management, Learning and Development, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion functions.
Neetubala’s previous experience includes six years at TIAA, where she led the India Talent Management and Learning & Development teams and served as a Leadership Coach for global leadership development programs.
Neetubala is a certified coach with training from INSEAD, Paris, and holds certifications in leadership essentials from Columbia University and ISB. She brings extensive experience in strategic leadership, performance management, and cross-border HR practices. Additionally, she is involved in mentoring young women leaders through the India-Europe Business Council and is a freelance corporate magazine writer and poet.
Her diverse skill set and commitment to leadership and talent development will play a critical role in driving Carelon Global Solutions’ human resources strategy forward.
