Shrutika Puri has been named the Director of Human Resources at Hilton Gurugram Baani City Centre. In her new role, she will oversee HR operations, focusing on the development and implementation of HR strategies to support the hotel’s growth and success.
Before this appointment, Shrutika served as the Human Resources Manager at Hilton Garden Inn New Delhi, Saket, where she managed HR functions and strengthened employee relations for over a year and a half. She also held the role of Human Resources and Training Manager at DoubleTree by Hilton Agra for six years, where she played a crucial role in talent development and employee engagement.
Shrutika’s earlier experience includes positions as Assistant Manager Human Resources at DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Bangalore and HR Executive at Hilton Mumbai International Airport, where she gained extensive experience in recruitment, training, and employee relations. She began her career as a Management Trainee at Le Royal Meridien, Mumbai, where she honed her foundational HR skills.
