Prashant Goenka serves as the Chief Risk Officer at NephroPlus, in addition to his role as Group CFO. With over 19 years of global experience across finance, risk management, and operational transformation, he brings deep expertise from leadership roles at HSBC across the US, Philippines, and India, as well as senior positions at Bank of America and JPMorgan Chase.
At NephroPlus, Prashant leads both the CFO and CRO functions, driving strategic finance transformation, M&A initiatives, ROCE enhancement, and capability building across the group’s dialysis network spanning five countries. He also successfully led the company’s IPO launch, playing a pivotal role in strengthening the organisation’s financial and governance framework.
His responsibilities further include oversight of internal audit, legal, compliance, and secretarial functions, supporting NephroPlus’ continued growth and operational excellence.
Prashant holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a dual degree in Engineering & Economics from BITS Pilani. His extensive cross-functional and international experience continues to strengthen NephroPlus’ leadership in the healthcare sector.
