Sudhir Gaikwad has been appointed as Vice President – Business Development at Amar Builders. A seasoned real estate and capital markets professional with over 18 years of experience, Sudhir brings extensive expertise across capital markets, investment sales, land transactions, corporate real estate advisory, and strategic investment structuring.
Prior to joining Amar Builders, he held senior leadership positions at Cushman & Wakefield and JLL, where he successfully led several marquee mandates involving land acquisition, capital raising, investment advisory, and institutional partnerships across the real estate sector. He is widely recognized for his strong market relationships, execution-led approach, and deep understanding of the real estate investment ecosystem.
Over the course of his career, Sudhir has served in key leadership roles including Head India – Stressed Assets and Head – Capital Markets (ROM & Goa) at Cushman & Wakefield, City Head – Capital Markets at JLL, Director – Developer & Investor Services at Cushman & Wakefield, and Assistant Vice President – Capital Markets at JLL. He also served as Managing Director at Black Topaz Real Estate Advisors and Managing Partner
at BlackTopaz Real Estate Consultants LLP, advising developers, corporates, investors, and institutions on strategic real estate transactions and investments.
In addition to his extensive commercial experience, Sudhir also holds a degree in Law (LLB), bringing a strong legal and regulatory perspective to complex transactions and negotiations. With expertise spanning business strategy, investments, transaction execution, and legal structuring, his appointment reflects Amar Builders’s continued commitment to strengthening its leadership team and driving strategic growth initiatives.
