Rajasekhar Reddy Kalluru has been elevated to Vice President – Sales and Client Engagement at LanceSoft India. In his new role, he will lead strategic client engagement, business development, account expansion, and workforce solutions initiatives across the IT and hardware sectors. He will also focus on strengthening long-term client partnerships, driving market expansion, building scalable talent strategies, and accelerating organizational growth through solution-based selling and strategic business development initiatives.
Prior to this elevation, Rajasekhar served as Associate Vice President and Senior Manager at LanceSoft India, where he played a key role in managing client relationships, driving service delivery excellence, and expanding business opportunities across enterprise accounts. Over the years, he has built deep expertise in client engagement, account management, recruitment strategy, consultative selling, and business growth while leading high-performing teams and delivering customized staffing solutions aligned with client objectives.
Before joining LanceSoft India, Rajasekhar held leadership positions with VARITE INC as Senior Manager – Client Services, Anlage Infotech as Senior Manager, Dell Technologies as Program Management Officer, and TeamLease Digital as Account Manager.
With extensive experience across client engagement, staffing solutions, business development, and strategic growth leadership, Rajasekhar’s elevation reflects LanceSoft India’s continued focus on strengthening leadership capabilities and scaling client-centric growth initiatives across the organization.
