He is widely recognized for aligning people strategies with business objectives and driving measurable organizational impact through practical, business-focused HR interventions.
An accomplished HR leader, Prashant has built a distinguished career by partnering closely with business and aligning HR strategies with business goals. His expertise spans startup HR, institutionalizing a Performance Driven Culture, Organizational Design, Succession & Talent Management, and business-focused HR interventions. Throughout his career, he has championed practical, need-based solutions that create measurable business impact while strengthening employee engagement and organizational capability.
Prior to joining Imperial Auto Industries, Prashant served as Senior Vice President – HR, Administration & CSR at Greenlam Industries Limited, where he played a key role in supporting the company’s rapid growth through Organization Design interventions, Strengthening Operational HR, institutionalizing Internal Communication, and CSR initiatives. Earlier, he was Head HR at Orient Electric, where he led people strategies across multiple business units and manufacturing operations while driving change management, leadership development, succession planning, and organizational capability building.
His professional journey also includes leadership roles at TNT, where he served as Manager – Organization Development (National Role), Regional Human Resources Manager – North & East, and Manager – Organization Development, as well as Manager – Human Resources at Schneider Electric and Alstom power. Across these organizations, he developed deep expertise in organizational effectiveness, performance management, workforce capability enhancement, employee engagement, and large-scale HR transformation programs.
