Before joining Avistos, she served as Head of People Success (HR) at Narayana One Health, where she successfully led initiatives in talent development, performance management, and organizational culture during a phase of rapid expansion. Her prior roles at Tata Consulting Engineers, Amazon, and Tata Communications further strengthened her expertise in leading cross-functional teams, implementing HR transformation projects, and aligning people practices with business objectives.
During her tenure at Tata Communications, Preeta was instrumental in several strategic initiatives across Europe, including leading acquisitions, designing engagement programs that significantly improved employee morale, and rolling out global HR policies that enhanced flexibility and retention. Her work in these areas underscored her deep understanding of organizational dynamics and her ability to balance business priorities with people-centric approaches.
