Puneet Lamba has been appointed as National Head – Inside Sales & Contact Center at Sarvoday Foundation, where he will lead large-scale outbound fundraising and awareness campaigns while driving donor engagement, retention, and contact center excellence across multiple cities. In this strategic leadership role, he will focus on building high-performance teams, strengthening ethical calling practices, ensuring compliance standards, and collaborating closely with marketing, digital, and field teams to create integrated outreach campaigns.
Puneet brings over two decades of experience across BFSI, fintech, banking, retail assets, and sales leadership. Prior to joining Sarvoday Foundation, he worked as a Business Consultant for BFSI, NBFC, Fintech, and Retail Assets, advising organizations on strategy, regulatory compliance, distribution expansion, and ecosystem growth. Earlier, he served as Group Executive Vice President & Vertical Head – Credit Cards at YES BANK, where he led fintech and digital partnership-driven acquisition strategies while managing large sales and distribution teams nationwide.
Before YES BANK, Puneet was National Sales Manager at AU Small Finance Bank, where he established and scaled the DSA business framework for the bank. He also spent over 12 years with HDFC Bank in leadership roles including Deputy Vice President & Zonal Head North – Credit Cards and Assistant Vice President, successfully rebuilding and scaling the cards business across North India. His earlier career includes leadership and sales roles with Indiabulls Financial Services Ltd., HDFC Bank Ltd., TCS e-Serve International Ltd., ABN AMRO Bank N.V., and GMAC TCFC, where he built strong expertise across credit cards, auto loans, collections, distribution management, and sales transformation.
With deep expertise in inside sales, distribution strategy, fintech partnerships, customer acquisition, and contact center operations, Puneet’s appointment marks another significant milestone in his leadership journey.
