Ragesh Nair has been elevated to Vice President of Sales at Coforge, marking an important milestone in his career spanning technology sales, business development, client partnerships, and enterprise transformation across global markets. In his expanded leadership role, he will continue leading strategic sales initiatives and client partnerships across the APAC region, with a focus on helping enterprises align technology investments with business outcomes while building long-term, value-driven relationships. During his tenure at Coforge, Ragesh has held multiple leadership positions including Associate Vice President – Sales | Logistics, Travel & Hospitality, Senior Manager – Business Solutions, and Business Development – Technology Sales. Over the years, he has successfully led large-scale transformation deals involving data modernization, cloud adoption, and AI-led solutions, securing multi-million-dollar engagements and

driving significant revenue growth. He has played a key role in strengthening strategic client partnerships, identifying new market opportunities, mentoring sales teams, and fostering collaboration across business and delivery functions to enhance customer outcomes.

Prior to joining Coforge, Ragesh served as Senior Executive – International Sales at Magnasoft, where he was responsible for driving global business expansion across geospatial, engineering, photogrammetry, and 3D laser scanning services. He successfully managed key enterprise accounts, sold complex offshore and onshore solutions to Fortune 500 organizations, and consistently delivered strong revenue performance through strategic sales execution and consultative engagement.

Earlier in his career, Ragesh worked with R2 International as SAP Specialist / Business Development, managing end-to-end SAP recruitment and business development activities across multiple European markets. His experience included new business acquisition, client relationship management, talent acquisition, contract negotiations, and full-cycle placement support. With extensive expertise across enterprise technology sales, strategic partnerships, business development, cloud, AI, digital transformation, and international markets, Ragesh is well-positioned to lead Coforge’s next phase of growth across the APAC region.
