Ramesh Nandyal has been appointed as Chief People Officer at Cprime, a Goldman Sachs & Everstone Capital company. In his new role, Ramesh will lead the global people and culture charter, partnering closely with leadership teams and employees to drive the organization’s talent agenda. His focus will include building a cohesive talent ecosystem centered around leadership capability, compensation governance, job architecture, employee experience, and culture transformation across global operations.
Prior to joining Cprime, Ramesh served as Vice President & Head Human Resources at iSpace, where he led transformative HR initiatives focused on talent acquisition, talent retention, compensation benchmarking, leadership development, career architecture, and learning ecosystems. Earlier, as Head Human Resources at ACS Solutions, he played a key role in driving mergers and acquisitions integration, cultural transformation, learning adoption, and scaling the India organization from 700 to 4000 employees while positioning the company among GPTW-certified organizations.
Over the course of his career, Ramesh has also held senior HR leadership roles at Thryve Digital Health, Deloitte, Sutherland Global Services, and Sanmar Group. Across these organizations, he has led large-scale HR transformation programs, talent strategy, employee engagement, total rewards, global mobility, organizational development,
performance management, and workforce scaling initiatives across consulting, healthcare, IT, and business services sectors.
With nearly three decades of experience in human resources leadership and organizational transformation, Ramesh’s appointment reflects Cprime’s continued focus on building a strong people-first culture and strengthening its global talent and leadership ecosystem.
