Rishikesh Santosh Shinde has joined CMA CGM as Director – Talent Development within Global Business Services (GBS). In this role, he will focus on strengthening leadership capability, talent development, learning strategy, and organizational effectiveness initiatives across the GBS ecosystem.
With more than 20 years of experience across HR transformation, talent strategy, organizational development, and capability building, Rishikesh has held leadership roles across global engineering, manufacturing, technology, and services environments.
Prior to joining CMA CGM, he served in HR leadership roles at Honeywell and FORVIA, where he partnered with business leaders to advance workforce strategy, leadership development, succession planning, and enterprise capability initiatives.
Across his career, he has worked extensively on aligning people strategy with business priorities and building scalable talent frameworks to support growth and transformation.
At CMA CGM, he will contribute to advancing leadership excellence and building future-ready talent ecosystems across a global operating environment.
