Shrutie Kher Appointed as Marketing Head at Heads Up For Tails

Shrutie Kher has been appointed as Marketing Head at Heads Up For Tails, bringing over 17 years of experience across beauty, wellness, luxury, and consumer brands. Known for leading brand transformation, omni-channel growth, and consumer engagement initiatives, she has played a significant role in building culturally relevant and emotionally connected brands across the Indian consumer landscape. At Heads Up For Tails, she will focus on strengthening brand love, enhancing consumer experience, and driving category growth as the company enters its next phase of expansion.

Prior to joining Heads Up For Tails, Shrutie served at Kama Ayurveda Pvt. Ltd. as Marketing Director and earlier as Head of Marketing, where she spearheaded integrated marketing strategies, led cross-functional teams, managed digital and offline campaigns, drove hyperlocal and seasonal initiatives, and strengthened multi-channel sales growth across key markets. She also played a pivotal role in enhancing brand equity, optimizing marketing investments, and driving customer engagement across digital, social media, PR, and in-store platforms.

Earlier, she worked with House of Beauty as Business Head – International Brands, managing luxury beauty brands including Anastasia Beverly Hills, Neal’s Yard Remedies, and Juice Beauty. In this role, she led P&L management, retail operations, merchandising, digital marketing, CRM, distribution expansion, and customer

engagement initiatives across online and offline channels. Prior to that, Shrutie spent nearly a decade with Colorbar USA as Marketing Communication Lead, where she led omnichannel marketing, celebrity collaborations, influencer campaigns, PR initiatives, experiential marketing, and product launches to strengthen brand positioning and market share.

She also held earlier roles with Bennett Coleman & Co. Ltd. (The Times of India Group) as Marketing Manager and began her professional journey with Future Group as an Intern. With extensive expertise spanning brand strategy, digital marketing, luxury consumer engagement, retail growth, and integrated marketing communications, Shrutie’s appointment reflects Heads Up For Tails’ continued investment in building a strong consumer-focused brand leadership team.
