Sarvesh Sahni has been appointed as Marketing Director – Skincare & Women’s Health, AMENA (Asia, Europe, Middle East & North Africa) at iNova Pharmaceuticals, and will be based in Singapore. In this role, he will lead the growth agenda for the company’s skincare and women’s health portfolio across the region, driving sharper brand strategy, stronger execution, and enhanced category leadership across diverse markets.
Sarvesh brings over 15 years of experience across consumer health and FMCG, with a strong track record of building and scaling brands across baby skincare, women’s health, OTC, and hydration categories. Known for delivering brand turnarounds and innovation-led growth, he has consistently combined science-backed positioning with culturally relevant storytelling to drive impact at scale across Asia Pacific and emerging markets.
Prior to joining iNova Pharmaceuticals, he held leadership roles at Kenvue and Johnson & Johnson, where he led high-impact portfolios including Johnson’s Baby, ORSL, and Stayfree. At Kenvue, he drove a major category revival through rapid innovation, launched multiple new products within a short span, and built award-winning public health campaigns that delivered both commercial growth and social impact. During his tenure at Johnson & Johnson, he successfully led large-scale business turnarounds, restored double-digit growth across key categories, and executed globally recognized campaigns that strengthened brand equity and consumer trust.
In his new role at iNova Pharmaceuticals, Sarvesh will oversee key brands such as Betadine and Acne-Aid, working closely with regional and market teams to unlock growth opportunities, expand innovation pipelines, and strengthen execution excellence. His mandate includes driving portfolio expansion, building future-ready brand strategies, and enhancing iNova’s leadership in skincare and women’s health across AMENA.
