Srikanth Lanka Appointed Head of Operations and Finance at Hartford India

Srikanth Lanka has taken on the role of Head of Operations and Finance at Hartford India, marking a key leadership addition as the organization continues to strengthen its India operations. In this position, he will oversee finance and operational functions, with a focus on building scalable, efficient processes and supporting Hartford’s long-term growth strategy in the region.

With over 20 years of experience across finance and operations management, Srikanth brings deep expertise in setting up and scaling Global Capability Centers (GCCs) within IT and IT-enabled services. He is known for successfully leading cross-functional teams, aligning diverse stakeholders, and translating complex business environments into actionable, growth-driven strategies. His strengths span strategic financial planning, risk management, and the use of data-driven insights and automation to streamline operations.

Prior to joining Hartford, Srikanth served as Head of Operations and Finance (India) at Chubb for six years, where he played a pivotal role in strengthening financial governance, optimizing operational performance, and delivering multimillion-dollar cost savings through innovative financial strategies. Before that, he spent over 14 years at iNautix Technologies as Vice President – Finance, contributing significantly to long-term financial stability and operational excellence.

Earlier in his career, Srikanth held roles at A.P. Moller–Maersk and GE, building a strong foundation in financial systems and operations. His appointment at Hartford India underscores the company’s focus on disciplined execution, robust financial stewardship, and operational scalability as it expands its global footprint.
