Srish Chander has been appointed Vice President – Technology at Newpage Solutions, marking a significant addition to the company’s leadership team as it strengthens its focus on product innovation, engineering excellence, and AI-led transformation. In this role, Srish will lead the technology vision, deepen engineering and architecture capabilities, and accelerate the adoption of intelligent, scalable solutions for global clients.
With over 19 years of experience spanning product strategy, engineering, architecture, and design, Srish brings a rare blend of business acumen and deep technical expertise. Prior to joining Newpage Solutions, he served as Principal Technology Consultant at Equal Experts, where he enabled clients to scale data engineering, generative AI, and software engineering initiatives. Before that, he was a Principal Solution Architect at ThoughtWorks, helping enterprises and startups design and build evolutionary, distributed platforms grounded in domain-driven design and modern engineering practices.
Srish is also a seasoned entrepreneur, having co-founded and led multiple ventures as Chief Product and Technology Officer, including Virtual Clinic and UrbanCast. At Virtual Clinic, he built the platform from concept to market, leading to a successful acquisition by Vidal Health in 2018. His work there spanned full-stack architecture, user experience, and the development of healthcare products across telemedicine, EHRs, patient engagement, and hospital systems.
Known for building high-performing teams from the ground up and championing user-centric design on strong technological foundations, Srish’s appointment reflects Newpage Solutions’ commitment to delivering cutting-edge, AI-driven outcomes.
