Subhashini (Subha) Panyam has been appointed as Chief People Officer at 66degrees, bringing extensive experience across talent acquisition, HR strategy, leadership hiring, organizational transformation, and global workforce development. Prior to 66degrees, she held senior leadership roles at Hitachi Digital Services, including Senior Director – Global Head of Talent Acquisition, Global Head of Talent Acquisition, TA – Americas Leader & Global Business Partner – Digital Solutions, Regional Director, TA – India & Vietnam Leader, and Country Director – TA India.
Her career also includes significant leadership experience at Broadridge, where she served as Vice President – HRBP and Head of Talent Acquisition, along with earlier roles at ADP (Pre Spin), CSC, and LS Consultancy. Across these organizations, she has built expertise in executive hiring, M&A talent integration, DEIB, workforce planning, HR transformation, talent development, employer branding, data-driven recruitment, and organizational effectiveness, positioning her strongly to lead 66degrees’ people strategy and future growth.
