With over 30 years of cross-sectoral experience in logistics and supply chain management, Sunil brings proven expertise in business transformation, value creation, and building scalable, future-ready organizations across industries such as Pharma, FMCG, Retail, Dairy, Seafood, Agri-Produce, and QSR.
Sunil’s illustrious career began at Johnson & Johnson, where he developed a strong foundation in production, material, and distribution planning. He went on to hold senior leadership roles at organizations including Radhakrishna Foodland, FieldFresh Foods, Pantaloon Retail India Ltd., ImpelPro SCM Solutions, and ColdEX Logistics—where he transformed a traditional trucking business into an integrated cold chain logistics company. His most recent role was as Chief Executive Officer of Snowman Logistics, where he led strategic and operational shifts, positioning the company as India’s first 5PL service provider.
At FSN, Sunil has taken on the responsibility of driving the company’s strategic transformation by embedding global best practices, enabling digital integration, and focusing on customer-centric growth. Drawing inspiration from international leaders like SYSCO, his mandate includes scaling operations, strengthening core capabilities in cold chain and food service distribution, and fostering a high-performance culture.
