In her previous role as Chief Sales & Collections Officer – Affordable Housing at PNB Housing Finance, Valli played a crucial role in scaling operations and streamlining collections. Her elevation to the current position underscores her strategic contributions and leadership acumen in driving the affordable housing portfolio. She has also held leadership positions at GIC Housing Finance Ltd., Motilal Oswal Home Loans, Aadhar Housing Finance Ltd., Mahindra Home Finance, and Shriram Housing Finance Ltd., where she led multi-state operations, large sales teams, and channel development initiatives across semi-urban and rural markets.
Recognized as an expert in affordable housing, Valli has an exceptional understanding of Tier 3, 4, and 5 markets, legal and technical frameworks, and customer behavior in emerging geographies.
