Prior to joining Runwal Realty, Vedhee served as Deputy General Manager at 32nd, where she played a key role in managing key accounts, strengthening client engagement frameworks, supporting revenue generation and collection processes, and driving process improvement initiatives. She has also held leadership positions at Oberoi Realty, Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate, and Experion Developers, where she handled high-value client portfolios, led escalation management, and implemented customer experience and retention strategies across marquee real estate developments.
