Althera Labs, Mumbai office, has appointed Vineet Chaudhary as General Counsel, bringing over 17 years of extensive legal and leadership experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
In his new role, Vineet will lead the company’s legal function, providing strategic counsel on corporate governance, complex commercial transactions, regulatory matters, litigation and business expansion initiatives.
Prior to joining Althera Labs, Vineet served as General Counsel at Gland Pharma Limited, where he played a key role in advising on strategic business initiatives, cross-border transactions, corporate governance and complex legal matters.
His professional journey also includes nearly six years as Deputy General Counsel at Wockhardt Ltd., preceded by roles at MACLEODS PHARMACEUTICALS LTD. and Torrent Pharmaceuticals Ltd. Throughout his career, he has developed extensive experience navigating complex legal and regulatory landscapes while partnering closely with business leadership.
